K-1 Nature Walk

Last week, kindergarten and first grade students got to enjoy a nature walk outside with their grown-up. They collected a beautiful autumn leaf, created a leaf art entry in their nature journal using a crayon rubbing technique, and then enjoyed a donut and cider together before heading back to class. We loved getting to take a moment together to slow down and enjoy the season, and each other's company.
