Families are strongly encouraged to complete the Free & Reduced Lunch Form (click here to download) and return it to the School Office. This form will determine your family’s cost of participation: 

• Standard student membership: $30/week

• Membership for students who qualify for Reduced Lunch: $20/week

• Membership for students who qualify for Free Lunch: $15/week

• Approved student volunteers*: Free

• * Upper school students have the opportunity to serve as student volunteers for the Homework Club. They should sign up and speak with Mr. Battaglia, the Assistant Headmaster for the Upper School, who will explain the responsibilities and expectations for this important leadership role in the Club.

Boys & Girls Club

Seven Oaks has partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of Ellettsville to provide an after-school program. This program will be available to Seven Oaks students ages 5-18 and priced at the regular $20 annual membership for Boys & Girls Club. The program is held at the main Ellettsville club facility. The Boys & Girls Club provides transportation from the school.
