P.E. Skating Unit
Skating begins on February 18! Please make sure you have paid your fee or indicated on your permission form that you need a scholarship. Permission forms went home this week. Those need to be turned in before a student can skate.
Students may not bring their own skates for this unit. Students however are encouraged to bring their own helmets. Students in grammar school (K-5) must wear a helmet. A helmet is optional for middle and high school students.
We are still looking for volunteers to help the grammar school students get into skates and safety gear. Sign me up! I can help.
Starts February 18
Weather Make-up Days
As a reminder, we will be using the scheduled winter weather make-up day in February. We also need to take a day in March. Please make plans for your child to attend school on those days:
Monday, February 16 -- regular school day
Friday, March 13 -- early release as we head into Spring Break. Students will be dismissed two hours early.
