Ashley Massie
Ashley brings a unique blend of operational excellence, organizational leadership, and servant-hearted dedication to her candidacy for RISE President. Since joining IU Dining & Hospitality in 2015, she has advanced into her current role as Associate Director, where she oversees multiple units, manages large teams, coordinates complex operations, and mentors staff through thoughtful, systems-based leadership. Her work is defined by structure, consistency, and a collaborative spirit.
As a Seven Oaks parent of a second grader, Cooper, and a spunky one-year-old, Huck, the Massie family is deeply invested in the long-term success of the school. Ashley and her husband Levi have been actively involved for several years, supporting the Seven Oaks community in hands-on, meaningful ways. She most recently served as Chair of the Hospitality Committee on the Seven Oaks PTCA, where she organized the school’s hot lunch program, coordinated snacks for faculty and staff, and led teacher appreciation efforts throughout the year. Together, Ashley and Levi have also planned and executed the full menu and food service for the Seven Oaks Founders Gala for the past two years, with many more to come in the future!
As RISE President, Ashley looks forward to building on what has already been established by creating clear structures, engaging more parents through simple and meaningful opportunities, and strengthening the partnership between families and faculty. She is committed to fostering a culture where all parents feel welcome, informed, and empowered to support the mission of Seven Oaks.
