The results of the Playground Initiative are in!!! 

We did it! Thanks to the generosity of so many of you, we met our goal for the Playground Initiative. The total raised is an astonishing $135,719.38! 

We owe a special debt of gratitude to the anonymous donors who offered a matching gift of up to $50,000. It was this offer that set us in motion. We want to also thank the PTCA, which worked hard and saw success and ended up raising its initial pledge of $10,000 to $20,000!

So what does all this mean? It means we're going to build two playgrounds: (1) the main playground and (2) the kindergarten playground. We're happy to report that we are on the vendor's installation schedule. If there are no hiccups, the playgrounds should be in the ground in time for the start of school.
